Photo Day Information

Saturday, March 7th & 14th 7:30 am-5:00 pm 
Location: Bad News Bears Fields by the Ohio Field Batting Cages

As noted on the schedule, all teams should arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled photo session time.

Order forms are provided electronically - please print out the order form and complete it prior to your arrival at the field. Please note that ALL players must have a completed ordered form prior to being photographed, regardless of whether you are ordering only the League Package or the League Package plus additional products/packages.


Upon arrival each team will need to check in with our staff at which time they will check all forms, process any additional payments and assist in getting your super stars ready. All players, managers and coaches will then be escorted to the photographer station for individual and team photos. Parents are not allowed near the photographer stations. Each team is scheduled for a 15 minute window, so plan on being at the location for 30 minutes total. We will do everything possible to remain on schedule but late arrivals, incomplete forms, etc will cause delays so please do your best to help us get you through the process as efficiently and stress-free as possible so that we can make sure the kids feel like superstars and have a great time!

Please make sure you know the correct date/time for your session. Should any player not be able to attend their team’s scheduled time, that player can come at any time but that player would not be included in the team photo (this applies only to individual players who are not able to make the scheduled time and not full teams).
