West L.A. Little League strives to provide a positive, instructional and, in some cases, competitive Little League experience for players of all ages and skill levels. We offer programs for boys and girls Little League ages 4-12. 

FALL BALL – GENERAL OVERVIEW (SUBJECT TO CHANGE)

Fall Ball is an instructional league designed to have players gain more experience in games and practices, improve their skills, have fun with new teammates, and get ready for the Spring 2020 season. 

Fall Baseball: all players Little League age 7 and above will be evaluated to ensure proper placement in an appropriate division.  Players baseball league age 4 – 6 do not need to attend evaluations but are welcome to sign up for co-ed Coach Pitch or T-Ball**.  The League will be divided into five divisions: Majors, Kid Pitch, Machine Pitch, Coach Pitch, and T-Ball**. Player placement will be determined by the League based on evaluations (September 7 and 8, 2019) as well as the player’s team assignments in previous seasons. We will also consider your requests including for a particular division, practice days, teammates, and coaches, but many factors go into building teams so please understand that we cannot promise and do not guarantee that requests will be met. 

** West L.A. Little League is now pleased to offer T-Ball during the fall season.

Fall Girls Softball:  For players that will play in the Minor and Major divisions next spring who are current league age 7-11 (age as of last December 31, 2018).  No evaluations - teams will be formed.  Fall ball focus is skill development, including learning new skills to play at the next level. We reserve the right to make adjustments in any division and within age groups as necessary.  Factors that affect the composition of each division include total kids registered within certain age groups, proper baseball development for an individual player, and skill level.
